The base fabric is the Recycled Sports Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m² and a width of 145 cm. The solid printed color is an intense pink with nuances of pink lipstick, obtained by using a combination of CMYK inks in the following proportions: cyan 30%, magenta 60%, yellow 35%, and black 15%. This color blends smoothly with other warm and pastel colors such as cream, beige, and peach to create a cozy and romantic atmosphere.
The base fabric has a soft touch and feels smooth to the touch. On the other hand, the printed color is vibrant and highly durable, without losing intensity over time. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which provides a fidelity in image and design reproduction uncommon in other printing methods.
The Recycled Sports Polyester - Basic fabric is perfect for sports, swimwear, and bermuda applications, as well as in shirts for women, men, and children, thanks to its resistant and elastic composition. In addition, it is a timeless fabric that can be used at any time of the year. It has GRS certification, which means it is a sustainable and recycled fabric.
Finally, to maintain the characteristics of the fabric over time, it is advisable not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which consists of depositing the solid pigments of the ink onto the fabric through a combination of heat and pressure, so that they permanently adhere to the recycled polyester of the base fabric. This process guarantees optimal quality in color reproduction and great sharpness in the designs and details of the images printed on the fabric.
