Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric is the Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145gr/m2 and a width of 145cm. The plain printed color is an Aqua Blue tone, achieved through sublimation technology (polyester) with the following CMYK attributes: 12 cyan, 2 magenta, 6 yellow, and 0 black. This color has a soft and smooth texture, conveying serenity and freshness, and pairs very well with shades of green, yellow, and grey.

It is worth noting that this fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, meaning the color is applied only to one side. The base fabric has a soft texture and is suitable for a wide variety of applications, such as sportswear, swimsuits, Bermuda shorts, and sports shirts for men, women, and children. Furthermore, it holds GRS certification and is sustainable, being made from recycled materials.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is also necessary to iron at a low temperature and avoid tumble drying.

The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which consists of applying heat and pressure to the ink so that it turns into gas and penetrates the fibers of the fabric. As a result, a high-quality and durable print is achieved, ideal for sportswear and swimwear that are subjected to extreme conditions of perspiration and frequent washing.
