The Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic is a soft and smooth fabric, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The base color of this fabric is a dark yellow-green, with a ink combination of 34 cyan, 24 magenta, 72 yellow, and 7 black, which is a CMYK of 34 24 72 7.
The secondary color of the fabric is a mix between green and yellow, which gives it a fresh and sporty look, perfect for use in clothing for sports activities. This color combines perfectly with other shades of greens and yellows, and also with whites and light grays. It should be noted that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness and smoothness to the touch, which makes it comfortable to wear in sports activities. In addition, it is sustainable and recycled, which makes it a perfect option for those who care about the environment. Among the applications and uses of this fabric, its use in sports clothing, shorts, shirts, and swimwear for men, women, and children stands out.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron it at a cold temperature, and do not tumble dry it. In this way, its durability is guaranteed and its softness and smoothness to the touch are maintained.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which consists of transferring the ink through heat and pressure to achieve high-quality and durable digital printing. This technique is very suitable for sports fabrics since the ink integrates perfectly into the fabric without interfering with its technical characteristics.
