Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric is the Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, a light and elastic fabric composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer. Its weight is 145 gr/m2 and its width reaches 145 cm. As for the solid printed color used on this fabric, it is a dark forest green whose CMYK values are 89 46 84 58. This color is highly evocative of nature, transmitting a feeling of freshness and vitality. It combines perfectly with earthy and brown tones for a natural effect, and with gray tones for a more urban approach.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the color is applied precisely and uniformly on the fabric surface, giving it a visually attractive and high-quality appearance and feel.

As for the general characteristics, its softness to the touch and its smooth texture stand out. In addition, thanks to sublimation technology, the printed color is resistant to washing and sunlight. This fabric is ideal for making sportswear, swimwear, shorts or shirts, for men, women or children.

Regarding the care we must take into account, it is important not to bleach, not to tumble dry and to iron at low temperature. The maximum permitted washing temperature is 40ºC.

Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation. This process consists of applying heat and pressure to the ink, allowing it to turn into gas and penetrate the fabric fiber. In this way, a permanent combination of ink and fabric is created that provides exceptional durability and quality.
