The base fabric is the Basic Sports Recycled Polyester, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its plain printed color is Goose Grey, with a cyan ink combination of 15, magenta of 13, yellow of 14, and black of 0, indicating its content with CMYK of 15 13 14 0. This color can be described as a dark and warm grey, which combines perfectly with light tones such as white or beige, as well as with more intense tones such as red or navy blue. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures its quality and resistance.
Regarding the general characteristics, the texture of the fabric is soft to the touch and smooth, which makes it very comfortable and pleasant in contact with the skin. As for the attributes of the base fabric, it can be used for making sportswear, swimwear, or Bermuda shorts for men, women, and children. In addition to these uses, it can also be used for sports shirts due to its technical composition. The GRS certification and the sustainability conferred by its recycled origin guarantee that we are dealing with a high-quality fabric.
It is important to note that the fabric requires specific care for its correct maintenance. Bleaching is not recommended, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and ironed at a cool temperature. It is also important to note that it cannot be tumble dried as it is a delicate fabric that requires proper drying.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing the desired design directly onto the fabric, thus becoming impregnated and permanently adhered. This technology ensures the quality of the print and its durability, guaranteeing high resistance and excellent chromatic quality.
