Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric is the Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, a weight of 145 gr/m2, and a width of 145 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is a Mocha Brown, whose CMYK is 53 46 65 42, giving it a warm and soft look. This color combines well with other browns, as well as beige and cream tones.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the color is printed on one layer of the fabric, not dyed entirely. The texture of this fabric is soft to the touch and smooth in appearance. In addition, this fabric has important characteristics such as its sustainability, as it is made with recycled polyester and has GRS certification.

The base fabric is ideal for different applications, such as sportswear, since its design allows greater freedom of movement and sweat absorption. Likewise, it is perfect for making swimsuits and board shorts, due to its quick-drying capacity and resistance to moisture. It also works as a versatile fabric for making shirts for men, women, and children.

Regarding care, it is important to follow the manufacturers instructions. In this case, bleaching is not recommended, its maximum use is at a temperature of 40ºC, it should be ironed at a cold temperature, and it is not suitable for tumble drying.

Finally, the printing technology for this fabric is sublimation, a process in which the design is first printed on special paper and then transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure, which allows a durable color fixation.
