The base fabric, Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, has a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its plain printed color is Banana Yellow, with a CMYK of 21 6 94 0. This secondary color emits a bright and cheerful hue, associated with the light and warmth of the sun. This tone promotes positive emotions and is ideal for conveying joy and enthusiasm in any garment.
The Banana Yellow hue can be combined with many other colors, such as white, black, gray, blue, red, and green. This allows for a wide margin of creativity to design sportswear, swimwear, or shorts for any gender or age. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing; it is not a dyed fabric.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are softness and a smooth texture that provide great comfort to the user. Additionally, it has a GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification, which validates that the recycling and production processes are sustainable. The Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic fabric is suitable for making sportswear and swimwear, shorts, and shirts, being a timeless fabric adaptable to any season.
Regarding care, this fabric requires a maximum washing temperature of 40ºC, cannot be bleached or tumble dried. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature to avoid affecting the quality of the fabric.
This fabric has been manufactured using sublimation technology, which allows for the printing of high-definition and photographic quality digital images. This process has been developed to apply a high-quality print to polyester fibers, penetrating very deeply into the base fabric without affecting the fabrics properties. Digital textile printing is done using a thermal press that applies heat and pressure to the fabric and the transfer paper, which contains the image to be printed, fusing the ink with the polyester fibers of the fabric. In this way, a durable, attractive, and wear-resistant print is achieved.
