The Recycled Sport Polyester Basic base fabric has a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, a weight of 145 gr/m2, and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is a Banana Yellow tone, with a mixture of 13 Cyan ink, 1 Magenta ink, 70 Yellow ink, and 0 Black ink. Its CMYK is 13 1 70 0. This secondary color is soft and brings freshness and vitality to the fabric. It perfectly combines with orange, gold, and green tones.
It is important to highlight that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The texture and feel are soft and smooth on both the base fabric and the printed color.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it is suitable for sportswear and swimwear, such as Bermuda shorts and shirts. In addition, it is sustainable thanks to its GRS certification and its composition of recycled polyester. It is a suitable fabric for any season of the year and can be used for womens, mens, and childrens clothing.
It is important to consider the care of the fabric, as it should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature should be 40ºC, it should be ironed at a cool temperature, and it is not suitable for tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which consists of printing the ink onto a transfer paper that is then transferred onto the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows for vivid and long-lasting colors while maintaining the softness and permeability of the fabric.
