The base fabric of this textile is Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145g/m2 and a width of 145cm. The plain printed color is Frog Green, with a CMYK value of 25 3 36 0 and a sublimation process for its single-sided digital textile printing.
Frog Green is described as a fresh and vibrant green that evokes nature and vitality. Its Cyan and Yellow inks provide luminosity and energy, while Magenta adds darker and deeper nuances. It combines perfectly with neutral tones such as white, gray, or black, and also with complementary colors such as orange or pink.
The soft and smooth texture of the base fabric is transmitted to the printed color, which presents excellent fixation and image sharpness thanks to its digital textile printing. Among the general characteristics that stand out in this base fabric are its high elasticity and recovery capacity, as well as its resistance and durability against wear and washing.
The most common applications and uses for this fabric are the making of sportswear (such as shirts, shorts, or swimsuits) for women, men, and children. In addition, its GRS certification and recycled nature make it a sustainable option for sportswear.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended to wash it in cold water with neutral detergent and avoid the use of bleach, tumble dryers, or high-temperature irons.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows ink to be transferred from paper to fabric through heat and pressure. The ink turns into gas and adheres to the fabric, creating a high-quality and durable image that penetrates the fabric fibers without leaving surface marks. This allows the fabric to retain all its original properties and ensures that the color does not fade over time or with washing.
