Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The Sport Recycled Polyester - Basic is a soft and smooth fabric, composed mainly of recycled polyester and elastomer. Its printed frog-green color, with a 20% Cyan ink content, 2% Magenta ink, 22% Yellow ink, and 0% Black ink, creates a fresh and youthful tone. This secondary color combines harmoniously with colors such as white, light gray, and black.

It is important to mention that this fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the ink does not penetrate the fabric but is printed using polyester sublimation technology.

Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric has a soft texture and a pleasant feel. In addition to its athletic use, it is ideal for swimwear and Bermuda shorts for both men and women and children, as well as for making sports shirts, thanks to its weight of 145 gr/m2 and its wide width of 145 cm. With GRS Certification and its recycled component, its commitment to sustainability is confirmed.

As for care, it is recommended not to bleach and not to tumble dry. In addition, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and ironed at a cool temperature.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, whereby the ink is deposited on a special polyester layer that is placed on the base fabric. This process allows the printed color to be permanently integrated into the fiber, guaranteeing optimal quality and durability of the print on the garment.
