The base fabric of our textile is Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer. With a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm, it has GRS certification and is sustainable and recycled. The plain printed color is a medium teal green achieved with a combination of cyan ink at 85%, magenta at 30%, yellow at 50%, and black at 17%, totaling 85 30 50 17 in CMYK. This color pairs very well with grey and light blue tones, conveying a sense of freshness and vitality.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures high quality and definition in the printed pigment. The base fabric has a soft and smooth texture to the touch, ideal for sportswear, swimwear, and general summer garments. It is a timeless and very versatile fabric, suitable for men, women, and children, and its sublimation process (polyester) ensures durability and resistance to washing and ironing.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric are sportswear such as bermudas, shirts, and swimwear, as well as general summer clothing. Thanks to its elasticity and resistance, it is perfect for physical activities and for daily use in warm and humid environments. In addition, its plain printed color ensures a uniform and modern aesthetic.
To properly care for the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron it at a cool temperature, and not tumble dry it. These care instructions ensure a long lifespan and optimal preservation of the fabrics quality.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is polyester sublimation, an ink transfer process in which the image is printed with special inks onto transfer paper and subjected to high pressure and temperature to transfer it to the fabric. This process ensures that the pigment is impregnated into the fabrics fibers, guaranteeing high quality and resolution in the printed color.
