The base fabric of the textile is Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain color printed on the fabric is Lapis Lazuli Blue, with a CMYK of 100-82-21-4, which gives it a bright and elegant tone. This secondary color combines perfectly with shades such as white, black and neutral colors such as beige and gray.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, with a technique that offers high definition in printing and excellent color quality on the surface of the fabric. In addition, the print is wear-resistant and does not fade easily.
The characteristics of the base fabric are softness and smoothness in texture and touch, which make it ideal for manufacturing sportswear, swimwear and shorts for women, men and children. In addition, it has GRS certification which guarantees its sustainability as a 100% recycled fabric.
It is important to note that the fabric must be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and cannot be bleached or tumble dried. For ironing, it is recommended to do so at a low temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the desired image on transfer paper and transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This method provides vibrant and intense color on the surface of the fabric, and allows for greater speed and versatility in the production process.
