The base fabric of our fabric is a Sports Recycled Polyester - Basic in white with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is an intense Lapis Lazuli Blue, achieved thanks to a combination of 100% cyan, 87% magenta, 24% yellow, and 5% black ink, resulting in CMYK 100 87 24 5. This shade of blue is characterized by being deep, elegant, and with a great presence, ideal for high-intensity sports garments with a touch of sophistication. The color combines perfectly with neutral tones such as white or black, as well as with more vibrant tones such as orange or yellow.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, achieving a high-quality and durable finish. The texture of the fabric is soft to the touch, making it ideal for high-intensity sports garments that require gentle contact with the skin. In addition, the fabric is characterized by being sustainable as it is made of recycled materials and has GRS certification.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric are high-intensity sports garments such as shorts, shirts, swimwear for men, women, and children, making it ideal for a wide variety of sports garments that require a soft, resistant, and durable fabric.
Regarding the care of the fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached, washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironed at a cool temperature, and cannot be tumble dried, to ensure a longer life for the garment.
The printing technology of the fabric is sublimation, which allows the ink to infiltrate the fiber of the fabric, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish, increasing resistance to fading and wear. This printing process is also environmentally friendly as it does not use harmful chemical solutions.
