The Sport Recycled Polyester Fabric - Basic is a soft and lightweight fabric composed of 93% Polyester and 7% Elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its plain printed color is Purple, Purple Sage Bush with a Cyan ink content of 73, Magenta ink of 73, Yellow ink of 7, and Black ink of 0, resulting in a CMYK of 73 73 7 0. This secondary color combines very well with orange and brown tones, as well as with cool greens and blues, making it very versatile.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, making it an ideal choice for sportswear or swimwear, as the color will not fade with use. This printing technique allows for precise image definition and a wide range of bright and vibrant colors.
This fabric has a soft touch and a smooth texture, making it a comfortable option for body-fitting garments. Due to its recycled polyester composition, it is a sustainable fabric and is GRS certified. Additionally, being water and moisture resistant, it is ideal for swimwear or sportswear.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are the manufacture of sportswear, such as shorts, shirts, and swimwear for women, men, and children, making it ideal for the production of a variety of garments. Furthermore, its lightness and softness also make it suitable for the manufacture of underwear and lingerie.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is recommended to iron it at a cool temperature and not to tumble dry, as it can deteriorate with heat.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This method consists of printing the desired image on special transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric through heat and pressure, which causes the ink to turn into gas and penetrate the fabric fibers, creating a durable and resistant image.
