The base fabric of this textile is the Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is an elegant Cloud Grey, with a CMYK of 25 21 21 2, which implies a predominance of cyan in the mixture, followed by similar proportions of magenta and yellow, and a low content of black. This secondary color is presented as a neutral tone, easy to combine with other similar colors and also with more vibrant colors, such as yellow, red or green. It is especially suitable for sportswear and beachwear, as it provides a feeling of freshness and lightness.
It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This printing technique allows the reproduction of complex and detailed designs, with great definition and durability.
The general characteristics of the base fabric refer to its softness and smoothness to the touch, which makes it comfortable for use in sportswear and beachwear. In addition, this fabric is sustainable, as it is made from recycled polyester. Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature and not to use a tumble dryer.
The printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is Sublimation, a technique that consists of printing the design on special paper with special inks, and then transferring it to the fabric through high temperatures and pressure. This technique guarantees high quality printing and resistance to washing and wear.
