The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona, with a composition of 100% organic cotton, a weight of 110 gr/m2, a width of 150 cm, and GOTS-ORGANIC CU1016503 certification. The solid printed color is Oak Brown, with a CMYK of 43 45 90 36. This color is symbolically associated with nature and earth, and technically obtained by combining cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks. It is a color that combines well with other earthy tones, such as beige, ocher, or olive green. The fabric is printed with this color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for great definition and detail in the image.
The base fabric features characteristics such as its softness to the touch and its rigidity, making it ideal for garments such as shirts, dresses, blouses, and even childrens clothing. It is a sustainable fabric, as it is organic and GOTS certified. On the other hand, the solid printed color is resistant to light and washing, which ensures that it will not fade over time. In addition, Oak Brown is a versatile color and adapts to different styles and environments.
Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, it can be highlighted in womens and mens fashion, in garments such as shirts and dresses, as well as in childrens fashion for shirts and blouses. For the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and ironed at a low temperature. It can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The fabric is manufactured with reactive direct digital printing technology for natural fibers, which allows for vibrant and defined colors. In this process, the ink is applied directly to the fabric, penetrating the cotton fibers and permanently fixing the color. Thanks to this technology, personalized and unique designs can be created on the fabric, with great quality and definition.
