The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona, with a composition of 100% organic cotton, a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is Purple, with a Cyan ink quantity of 46, Magenta of 95, Yellow of 1 and Black of 0, making it an intense and vibrant shade.
This color is symbolically associated with royalty, elegance, creativity, and extravagance. In technical terms, magenta is the predominant color, making it ideal for combining with cool colors such as mint green, dark green, and dark blue.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which makes it ideal for use in garments that require a smooth and uniform finish.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a soft and pleasant feel, but it feels stiff. In addition, it is a sustainable organic fabric that meets the requirements of GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification.
The Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona base fabric is perfect for use in summer garments such as shirts, dresses, blouses, and even childrens clothing. Its lightness and softness make it a comfortable and fresh option for the hottest days of the year.
In terms of care, it is recommended not to bleach and wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, it can be dry cleaned, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene and ironed at a cold temperature. Finally, it can be tumble dried at reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is called DIGITAL DIRECT REACTIVE (NATURAL FIBERS), which means that it is printed directly on the surface of the fabric through the application of reactive inks that chemically adhere to the natural fibers of the fabric. This process ensures high image quality and durability, as well as guaranteeing a uniform print on the entire surface of the fabric.
