The base fabric, Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona, is a poplin fabric made of 100% organic cotton with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is a vibrant orange with a red fox hue, which is obtained with the following CMYK ink combination: 16 69 92 5. This color symbolizes vitality and energy and combines especially well with shades of blue and brown.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with this solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. Regarding general characteristics, the fabric has a soft and, at the same time, stiff texture to the touch, which makes it perfect for making shirts, dresses, blouses, and even childrens clothing, being ideal for the summer season. In addition, it has GOTS certification - ORGANIC CU1016503 and is sustainable due to its organic cotton composition.
As for the attributes of the base fabric, it is worth noting that it adapts perfectly to the applications and uses mentioned above. It is an ideal fabric for making clothing in general, whether feminine or masculine, as well as for childrens clothing. In addition, thanks to its combination of textures, it can be used at different times of the year.
Regarding the care of the fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached and that the maximum washing temperature should not exceed 30ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed, except using trichloroethylene, it should be ironed at a low temperature, and it can be tumble dried at a low temperature. In any case, it is always advisable to follow the specific manufacturers instructions.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is reactive direct digital for natural fibers. This printing process is carried out using a special digital printer that applies the ink directly to the surface of the fabric with the help of a print head. In this way, sharp and high-quality prints are obtained that do not fade over time.
