The base fabric, Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona, is 100% organic cotton and has a weight of 110 gr/m2 with a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is Blue, with a CMYK of 89 53 3 0, which identifies it as an intense color, composed mainly of cyan and magenta. This color is inspired by blue eyes and its combination makes it compatible with green and gray tones.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the ink is injected directly into the base fabric with high precision and color fidelity. This provides excellent sharpness and definition, as well as high resistance to fading.
The base fabric has a soft touch, and at the same time, it has a stiffness that allows it to maintain its shape. These characteristics make it ideal for fashion applications such as shirts, dresses, blouses, and childrens clothing, especially for the summer season.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, its GOTS – ORGANIC CU1016503 certification stands out, which guarantees that the fabric is produced sustainably and meets strict environmental and social standards. In addition, the fact that the fabric is 100% organic cotton makes it environmentally friendly and skin-friendly.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and avoid bleaching. Dry cleaning is also allowed, except with trichloroethylene, ironing at low temperature, and tumble drying at reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to create this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS), which allows direct printing on the base fabric without the need for prior transfer. This technology is suitable for natural fibers such as cotton, as it allows maximum ink saturation on the fabric, producing intense and vibrant colors with a high level of detail in the design.
