The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin – Verona, with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its composition is 100% organic cotton and it is GOTS – ORGANIC CU1016503 certified, making it a sustainable and high-quality fabric. Regarding the solid printed color, it is a Blueberry Blue tone with a CMYK of 97 77 6 0, reflecting a fresh and vibrant color range. This shade combines with a wide variety of colors such as white, dusty pink, mint green, ivory, and soft yellow, among others. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using reactive direct printing technology.
The general characteristics of this fabric are its softness and rigidity, which provide a perfect balance for garments such as shirts, dresses, blouses, and childrens clothing. Furthermore, its texture is remarkably soft to the touch, making it a pleasant fabric for use in summer clothing. In terms of its applications, it offers great versatility for use in various fashion garments for both women and men at any time of the year.
It is important to consider some specific care instructions for this type of fabric, as improper treatment could cause irreparable damage. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C, and iron at a cool temperature. Similarly, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature, and dry cleaning is permitted except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is reactive direct digital printing, which involves transferring a digital image directly to the natural fiber of the fabric using reactive inks that are fixed to the fiber. This process allows for high-quality and durable designs, in addition to being an environmentally friendly technology by using inks free of toxic chemicals.
