The base fabric, Organic Cotton Poplin - Vienna, has a composition of 100% ORGANIC COTTON, weighs 130 gr/m2, and has a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed in pink and RosyBrown has a CMYK formula of 18 38 25 3. This shade of pink has a soft and feminine character, evoking a sense of delicacy and freshness in the garment. This secondary color combines well with tones such as white and neutrals, as well as darker colors like black, gray, and brown.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing. It is important to note that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side, which facilitates its fixation and ensures that the color will not fade easily.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are soft to the touch, with a pleasant texture, making it perfect for garments that are in contact with the skin. In addition, it is an organic fabric, which makes it sustainable. As for the plain color, its intensity is medium, adding a touch of elegance and depth to the garment in which it is used.
Among the applications and uses of Organic Cotton Poplin - Vienna, shirts, tops, childrens clothing, accessories such as scarves, dresses, and blouses for women and men stand out. This type of fabric is ideal for summer garments, thanks to its lightness and breathability.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the garment, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and not clean it with trichloroethylene. It is important to iron it at a cool temperature and tumble dry it at a reduced temperature to avoid damaging the fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is REACTIVE DIGITAL DIRECT, which consists of printing the ink directly onto the natural fibers of the fabric using a specialized printer. This process ensures high-resolution printing and vibrant colors.
