The base fabric of this textile is an Organic Cotton Poplin - Vienna, a type of poplin fabric, with a composition of 100% organic cotton, a weight of 130 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color has shades of burnt red and pink, with an ink content of 30 in cyan, 95 in magenta, 33 in yellow, and 24 in black, corresponding to a CMYK of 30 95 33 24. The secondary color is the mix of reddish tones with burnt pink, symbolizing passion, love, and positive energy. It combines very well with neutral tones such as white, black, and gray, and also with natural tones such as beige and brown.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the image is digitally printed directly onto the fabric. This technique allows for high precision in the printed image and a wide variety of designs.
The characteristics of the fabric are softness and a pleasant feel. The printed color is resistant and durable, it does not fade over time or with washes. It is a versatile fabric that can be used in different applications and uses, such as womens and mens fashion for shirts, tops, dresses, blouses, and accessories like scarves. It is also suitable for childrens clothing, ensuring our clothing is sustainable by having GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification.
It is important to consider the fabric care instructions to maintain its quality and durability. It should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not bleach, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used for this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS). This printing technique uses reactive inks that permanently adhere to the natural fibers of the fabric. Additionally, this printing technique allows for a wide range of vibrant and bright colors, as well as precise details in the printed image.
