The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin - Viena, 150 cm wide and 130 gr/m2 in weight, with a soft feel and GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification. The solid color printed is dark brown, which is achieved using values of 43 in cyan ink, 70 in magenta ink, 91 in yellow ink, and 64 in black ink for CMYK. The brown color provides a warm and autumnal effect to the garment, ideal for shirts, blouses, and scarves. It pairs perfectly with other earth tones and also with lighter colors such as beiges or dusty roses. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which gives the fabric great resistance to the passage of time and daily use.
Among the characteristics of the base fabric, in addition to its soft feel, is its 100% ORGANIC COTTON composition, which makes it a sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric. On the other hand, the weight of 130 gr/m2 makes it a fresh and light fabric, ideal for use in summer. Applications and uses extend to womens and mens fashion, both in shirts, tops, and blouses, as well as in dresses and accessories such as scarves. It is also a very suitable fabric for childrens fashion, due to its soft feel and organic composition.
To care for the garment, it is important to note that it should not be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is permitted except for trichloroethylene, and ironing at a cool temperature. In addition, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is DIGITAL DIRECT REACTIVE (NATURAL FIBERS). This type of digital printing is specific for natural fibers such as cotton and allows for great definition and sharpness in the printed images. Furthermore, as it is a process in which the ink penetrates the fibers of the fabric, it allows for greater resistance to the passage of time and washing, maintaining the quality of the printed image for longer.
