The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin - Viena, made of 100% organic cotton, with a weight of 130 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Mango Orange, with a CMYK color profile of 12 37 68 2. The secondary color provides a feeling of warmth and energy, evoking the freshness of the fruit and the vitality of nature. It combines especially well with other warm tones like yellows or reds, although it will also create a good contrast with cool colors like blues or dark greens. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which provides great detail definition and a very wide color range.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft touch and light texture, making it a perfect choice for summer clothing. In addition, its organic composition and GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification make it a sustainable and environmentally friendly option. The printed color also stands out for its intensity and high saturation, ensuring that it will maintain its brightness and color for a long time. Some of the most outstanding uses and applications for this fabric are in womens and mens fashion, especially for shirts, tops, accessories, dresses or blouses, or also in childrens fashion, while scarves are a good option for accessories.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoid the use of bleach, and iron at a cool temperature, while dry cleaning is possible except with trichloroethylene. The fabric can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature. It is important to follow these care guidelines to preserve the quality and durability of the fabric.
The printing technology used on this fabric is reactive direct digital, which allows direct printing on natural fibers with extremely precise and durable results. The process consists of applying ink to the fabric through a high-definition printer, allowing for a wide variety of designs and finishes at an affordable cost. The final result is a printed fabric with great detail definition, bright colors, and resistance to the passage of time.
