The base fabric is an organic cotton poplin called Viena, with a weight of 130 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is corn yellow with a CMYK of 4 6 42 0. This bright yellow tone is perfect for printing a touch of freshness and vitality on any garment. Symbolically, yellow is a color associated with joy, optimism, and creativity. Technically, corn yellow combines well with blue, gray, and green tones.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which guarantees good print quality and resistant colors. In addition, it is important to note that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side, which prevents the color from bleeding through the fabric and affecting its interior.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, its softness to the touch stands out, providing comfort and freshness to garments. This makes it ideal for summer fashion and accessories, as it is light and breathable. In addition, being organic cotton and having GOTS certification, it is a sustainable and environmentally friendly option.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are shirts, tops, blouses, dresses, accessories such as scarves, and even childrens fashion. All this thanks to its soft texture and its lightness and freshness characteristics, which make it perfect for any summer garment.
As for the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is also possible, except with trichloroethylene, and it should be ironed at a low temperature. Additionally, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used is reactive direct digital printing, which allows high-quality printing on natural fibers such as cotton. Through digital processing, the image or design is transferred to the fabric using special inks that react with the fabric fibers to achieve optimal fixation of the printed color.
