The base fabric, Organic Cotton Poplin - Vienna, is an organic cotton poplin with a weight of 130 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It has a soft feel and a pleasant texture against the skin. The solid color printed is Olive Green, with a CMYK of 38 29 100 12. This color symbolizes peace, harmony, and emotional stability. Technically, it has a high content of yellow and black ink, which gives it an earthy and natural look. Olive Green combines harmoniously with colors such as mustard, beige, brown, and blue.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, employing direct-reactive printing technology on natural fibers. The printed fabric is not a dyed fabric, meaning that the color is applied exclusively to one side of the fabric without penetrating the warp or weft, which results in the reverse side of the fabric showing a different or unprinted color.
The general characteristics of the base fabric and the printed solid color are softness and a pleasant feel, making them ideal for use in childrens clothing, shirts, tops, blouses, and dresses. Additionally, due to its lightness and freshness, it is perfectly suited for the summer season.
Among the attributes of the base fabric mentioned, the most prominent applications and uses are womens and mens fashion, shirts, blouses, tops, dresses, and accessories such as scarves. Its use in childrens garments is also possible due to its organic composition.
It is important to note some care instructions for this printed fabric. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is tolerated except for trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature to preserve the natural characteristics of the fabric.
Regarding the printing technology used, direct-reactive digital printing is based on the direct application of dyes to the fabric using an inkjet printer. With this technique, colors are fixed directly to the fabric fibers to obtain a durable and fade-resistant print. This technology ensures a more precise, sharp, and detailed print on the base fabric, respecting the natural fibers of organic cotton.
