Organic Cotton Poplin - Vienna

The base fabric is an Organic Cotton Poplin - Vienna, composed of 100% organic cotton, with a weight of 130 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Banana Yellow, with a Cyan ink of 20, Magenta of 9, Yellow of 96, and Black of 1, and a CMYK of 20 9 96 1. Banana yellow is a cheerful color, similar to common yellow but with a softer touch, evoking spring and openness. It combines very well with blue tones, such as turquoise and marble, as well as with pink tones, such as fuchsia and pastel pink. It is a color widely used in spring and summer fashion, for fresh and flowing garments.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the design is printed on the surface of the fabric and does not infiltrate the fiber. The printed surface has a smooth and soft texture to the touch, which remains the same even after washing.

The general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness to the touch, thanks to the quality of the organic cotton with which it is made. It is also a resistant and durable fabric, which adapts to different types of garments. As for the solid color, its intensity and luminosity are maintained despite washing, thanks to the printing technology used. In addition, it is a color that does not wear out easily and resists sun exposure.

In terms of applications and uses, the fabric is suitable for making garments such as shirts, tops, accessories, scarves, dresses, and blouses. Its softness and resistance make it ideal for everyday wear, but it can also be used to make more elegant and delicate garments.

The care that should be taken for this fabric is no bleaching, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning allowed except trichloroethylene, cold ironing, and can be tumble dried at reduced temperature.

The printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS), which allows for optimal definition and print quality, as well as high durability of the design on the fabric surface. This technique involves direct printing of the design on the fabric surface, using a reactive ink that adheres to the organic cotton fiber, which guarantees durable print quality without color loss.
