The base fabric is Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga, with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane. Its weight is 180 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. The solid printed color is in shades of Blue and Navy Blue with a CMYK formula of 26 7 2 0. The color is characterized by being fresh, elegant, and versatile, as it can be combined with various colors, especially with white, black, and gray, creating an attractive contrast.
The base fabric offers a soft and elastic texture, making it an ideal choice for fitted and comfortable clothing. In addition, the fabric has a delicate grain, which provides an even more attractive finish. The printing is done only on one side using a sublimation technique on polyester, resulting in a vibrant and durable color that does not peel or fade when washed or ironed.
The Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga is suitable for making a wide variety of clothes, such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear in general. Its elasticity, along with its pleasant texture, makes it perfect for garments that require freedom of movement or comfort.
To maintain the quality and properties of the fabric, it is important to follow these care instructions: do not use bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, dry cleaning is recommended but without trichloroethylene, iron at low temperature, and can be tumble dried at reduced temperature.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation on polyester. For this, special ink is used that evaporates and then solidifies on the fabric, creating a vivid and high-resolution image. In this case, a sublimation process with a base of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black pigments is used, which have the ability to create a wide range of colors and shades when combined. This printing method is highly efficient, precise, and durable, and is widely used in the textile industry.
