The base fabric is Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga, with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, weighing 180 gr/m2 and having a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is Platinum Grey, which is obtained using the sublimation technique with cyan, magenta, and yellow inks. The black (K) value in CMYK is 0.
Platinum Grey resembles a soft metallic tone, quite neutral without being a pure grey. This color pairs particularly well with pastel shades, such as pale pink, beige, and light blue. It also works well with darker tones like navy blue or black, making it a good option for combining with prints.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, indicating that it is not a dyed fabric but rather one-sided printed.
This fabric is elastic and soft to the touch. Furthermore, its grain gives it a certain texture. It is also resistant to deformation and adapts well to the body. Regarding care, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius and iron at a low temperature. It can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The applications and uses for this fabric are varied. In womens fashion, it is used in dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, and cardigans. Mens fashion can also use this type of fabric in blazers, pants, and shirts. Additionally, due to its elasticity, it can be used in knitwear.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This process allows for the printing of a wide variety of colors with high image definition. It also provides durability and resistance to the printed color.
