The base fabric is an Elastic Knit Crepe - Riga, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed solid color is a shy pink, obtained through sublimation technology with a Cyan ink of 18, Magenta of 60, Yellow of 4, and Black of 0, presenting a CMYK of 18 60 4 0. Shy pink is a delicate and romantic color that combines very well with pastel and neutral tones such as ivory, off-white, and light gray.
It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only by digital textile printing, so the back retains the natural color of the base fabric. The fabric has an elastic and grainy texture to the touch that makes it ideal for comfortable, practical, and flowing garments. On the other hand, shy pink brings sweetness and freshness to any garment made with this fabric, making it perfect for feminine and youthful dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, and tops.
As for its applications and uses, in addition to those mentioned above, the Elastic Knit Crepe - Riga fabric is widely used in the manufacture of knitwear such as cardigans and lightweight knit garments. Thanks to its soft, comfortable, and wrinkle-free texture, it is ideal for travel and events where a good-looking, low-maintenance garment is required.
It is important to consider the specific care this fabric needs. It is recommended to wash the garment with cold water and without chlorine, iron at low temperature, and not expose to direct sun or heat. In general, it is recommended to follow the care instructions recommended by the garment manufacturer to prevent it from deteriorating or losing its characteristics.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, a printing technique specifically used for weaving polyester fabrics. The image is printed on special paper and then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, which ensures high precision in details and vibrant, long-lasting colors.
