The base fabric for this material is Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is a mustard yellow, with a CMYK of 9 22 71 1. This color conveys warmth, energy, and optimism, and pairs very well with other warm tones like orange and red, but also with more subdued blues and greens.
It should be noted that the solid color is printed on one side using digital textile printing, a process that allows for high quality detail and design reproduction. The base fabric, for its part, is characterized by being elastic and having a grainy texture, which gives it a touch of elegance and sophistication.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, as it can be used to make both womens and mens garments, such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, trousers, cardigans, or knitwear. Furthermore, being a timeless fabric, it can be used in any season of the year.
Regarding the care this fabric needs, it is advisable not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, although it also allows for dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene. It is important to iron it at a cool temperature and avoid high-temperature drying.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which involves printing the design on special transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process allows for excellent ink penetration into the fabric fibers, ensuring high resistance to washing and wear.
