The base fabric is an Elastic Knit Crepe - Riga, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Light Blue-Violet Blue with a Cyan ink content of 62, Magenta ink of 40, Yellow ink of 5, and Black ink of 0, resulting in a CMYK of 62 40 5 0. The color is symbolic and technical, reflecting the duality of blue and purple tones, inspired by nature and evoking calm and serenity. It combines well with other pastel shades, such as pale yellow, soft pink, and aqua green. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it a crisp and vibrant finish.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are elastic and granular to the touch, with a soft and pleasant texture against the skin. The combination with elastane gives the fabric good resistance to deformation and high recovery. The fabric is ideal for womens and mens fashion garments, such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear. Additionally, it is a timeless fabric that can be used in any season.
The base fabric and its printed color should be treated with care to maintain their quality and durability. It is recommended not to bleach or wash at temperatures above 40ºC. The fabric can also be dry cleaned, with the exception of trichloroethylene. Cold ironing is recommended to avoid any damage to the print, and the fabric can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which is employed for polyester fabrics. This technology allows colors to be absorbed by the fabric fibers, ensuring greater color durability despite use and washing, without affecting the original texture of the fabric at all.
