The fabric we are referring to is the Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, with a composition that highlights 7% elastomer and a GRS certification, ensuring its sustainability as it is recycled. This sports fabric is designed for use in swimwear as well as sportswear, and in the making of shirts for women, men, and children. The fabric has a smooth and soft finish to the touch, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its sublimation printing technology on polyester ensures excellent quality in the reproduction of designs, which will be printed on one side only.
Regarding the printed design, its main attributes describe it as a rather tropical and naturalistic composition. The presence of insects such as butterflies, plants, leaves, and flowers like hibiscus, plumeria, and bird of paradise make it a design that aims to transport us to a tropical garden full of life and color. Light pink is the predominant color of the design, accompanied by cotton white and rosy brown. Thanks to its color combination, the fabric can be easily combined with other plain fabrics in shades of pink, yellow, white, and even light green.
In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric is soft and comfortable to the touch, thanks to the elastomer that provides elasticity and ease of movement. In addition, the printed design guarantees excellent quality as it is printed on one side using sublimation technology on polyester, ensuring that the details and colors of the design remain bright and crisp during use.
Regarding its applications and uses, as already mentioned, the fabric is ideal for making sportswear and swimwear, as well as shirts for all audiences. Its softness and elasticity make it recommended for comfortable, long-wearing garments, and its tropical and naturalistic print is perfect for spring and summer seasons.
As for care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC without using bleach, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid using a dryer. This will ensure durability in the fabric and in the preservation of the printed design.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, in which the ink turns into gas at high temperatures and impregnates the polyester fiber of the fabric, ensuring that the design is durable and resistant.
