The base fabric is the Riga Elastic Knit Crepe, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is PowderBlue, with a cyan ink content of 33, magenta of 5, yellow of 17, and black of 0, giving us a CMYK of 33 5 17 0. This color is characterized by its softness and elegance, giving it a fresh and sophisticated air. Using the color wheel, PowderBlue pairs perfectly with coral and beige tones.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. Among the general characteristics of the base fabric and its solid color, its texture, elastic, and granulated feel stand out, providing comfort and softness to the touch.
Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, it can be used to make garments such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear for both women and men, as its versatility allows for creating designs for different seasons. It can also be used in the manufacture of swimwear and underwear thanks to its elasticity and water resistance. In summary, this fabric is perfect for making a wide range of elegant and comfortable clothing.
Regarding care instructions, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C, not bleached, and can be ironed at a cool temperature. It allows dry cleaning, however, the use of trichloroethylene is not recommended, and it can be tumble dried at reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process in which the ink transforms into a gaseous state and adheres to the fabrics surface, allowing for vivid and long-lasting images and colors. This process guarantees high print quality and long color durability.
