The base fabric is an elastic knit crepe - riga of 180 gr/m2, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is darkcyan green, with a CMYK of 77 17 39 2 and a granulated texture. This color is a combination of dark green and cyan, creating a refreshing and natural feel. It pairs particularly well with earthy and neutral colors such as beige or brown. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with a plain color on one side by digital textile printing, allowing for a more precise and detailed finish.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its texture and elasticity. The combination of both elements provides comfort and mobility, while its granulated appearance adds a touch of elegance and sophistication. On the other hand, the printed color brings a vibrant and fresh contrast to the fabric. Thanks to these characteristics, this fabric is ideal for making womens and mens fashion garments, such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, allow dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, iron at low temperature, and tumble dry at reduced temperature. It is important to follow these recommendations to ensure proper durability and maintenance of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This process consists of printing the design in reverse on transfer paper, which is then placed on the fabric and subjected to high temperature and pressure, causing the ink to turn into gas and penetrate the fabric fibers, thus guaranteeing optimal quality and durability of the printed design.
