The base fabric of the Elastic Knit Crepe - Riga is a crepe with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. As for the plain printed color, it is a combination of brown and sage green with a CMYK of 30-25-32-5. This secondary color is a mix of warm and cool tones that give the fabric a natural and vibrant touch. This color combines especially well with neutral tones such as white and black, as well as darker greens and earthy shades.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This allows for a uniform and high-quality result in color and design.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric and the printed color, we highlight its elastic texture and feel, as well as the characteristic grain of crepe. In addition, the base fabric is ideal for clothing for both men and women, such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear. The combination of the fabrics texture and digital printing allows for the creation of more detailed and complex designs without sacrificing the quality and durability of the fabric.
As for care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric, wash at temperatures no higher than 40ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, for the manufacturing of this fabric, sublimation technology is used, which allows for the direct transfer of ink to the fabric using heat and pressure, which provides greater sharpness and definition in the designs. This technology offers a high level of color fidelity and is especially suitable for synthetic textiles such as the base fabric of this Elastic Knit Crepe - Riga.
