Cotton Touch Jersey Knit - Athens

The base fabric is a Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas, composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane. Its weight is 239 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is Black, Midnight, with an ink composition of CMYK: 79 62 54 61, which gives it a dark and elegant tone. The secondary color is a combination of cyan and magenta that creates a very deep and strong tone, complementary with shades of grey, dark red, and purple.

This fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The base fabric has a soft and elastic texture that makes it ideal for knitwear and accessories. In addition, its composition makes it resistant and easy to care for.

Among the applications and uses of the fabric, lingerie, pajamas, sweaters, tops, dresses, cardigans, blankets, and scarves stand out. It can also be used for childrens clothing and accessories such as socks and scarves. Thanks to its soft and elastic feel, it is perfect for comfortable and cozy garments.

Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not to bleach it. It can be dry cleaned, but not with trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at low temperature and should not be tumble dried.

The printing technology used in this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process consists of printing the image on transfer paper, which is then placed on the fabric and subjected to high temperature. In this way, the inks sublimate into the polyester fiber of the fabric, creating a resistant and durable print.
