Cotton Touch Jersey Knit - Athens

The base fabric is the Cotton Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas, composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane. Its grammage is 239 gr/m2, and its width is 150 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is Crudo, Bleached Almond with a CMYK of 5 12 24 0. This secondary color transmits a cozy and natural feeling thanks to its creamy tone, but it also has a subtly beige background that adds a warm nuance. This color combines perfectly with earth tones like brown or beige and, in turn, can be contrasted with neon colors to offer a modern and vibrant touch. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which allows for high-quality printing and photographic resolution.

Among the general characteristics of the base fabric and the solid color, its soft and elastic texture stands out, making it perfect for homewear and clothing. In addition, its polyester and acrylic composition gives it high resistance to wear and fading. The applications and uses that can be given to this fabric are very varied, from garments such as sweaters or tops to household items such as blankets or napkins. Its use is ideal for making winter and autumn/winter 2021 clothing.

It is important to consider the care required for this type of fabric. It cannot be bleached or tumble dried. The maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, and dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene. When ironing, a cool temperature should be used.

Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology (polyester). Digital textile printing in this process uses ink and high temperature to transfer the design to the fabric through a thermal process. This type of technology allows for high-quality printing, great durability, and flawless printing, which ensures excellent definition of the designs.
