The Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas is a knit fabric with a composition of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, with a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is in shades of purple, specifically a purple haze obtained with a combination of Cyan (91), Magenta (100), Yellow (25), and Black (15) inks in CMYK format. The fabric is soft and elastic to the touch, with a texture that makes it suitable for fitted garments. Additionally, it is resistant and durable, with great stretching and recovery capacity, which allows for greater movement and comfort when wearing.
The purple haze color is a soft and delicate shade of purple, which brings warmth and elegance to any garment made with this fabric. It combines perfectly with light colors such as beige or white, as well as with darker colors such as black or gray. It can also be combined with some shades of pink and blue, creating a harmonious and balanced chromatic palette.
It is important to note that the base fabric is digitally printed on one side only, which means that the printed color is only on one side of the fabric and does not extend to the other side.
In terms of applications and uses, this fabric is very versatile due to its elasticity and softness, so it can be used in clothing for both men and women. It is especially suitable for making sweaters, t-shirts, and knitwear, as well as for accessories such as scarves and socks. In addition, it is also suitable for making blankets for the bedroom or living room, as well as for table napkins.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach and wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. This fabric allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, and the recommended ironing is at low temperature. Tumble drying should not be used when drying this fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which is carried out by applying high-quality inks in a heat transfer process. This process ensures complete adhesion of the colors to the fabric, creating a vibrant and durable finish.
