The base fabric, Cotton-Touch Jersey Knit - Atenas, features a solid color printed in shades of Brown and Antique Bronze. The CMYK of the printed color is 47 47 100 42. The secondary color symbolizes elegance and sobriety, combined with a design technique that reflects the ancient yet ever-present trend of bronze. Brown and antique bronze pair particularly well with earthy tones, beige, or black. It is worth noting that the fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side only, making it a printed fabric, not dyed.
The base fabric is characterized by its soft and elastic texture, thanks to its composition of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane. Additionally, the printed color exhibits great opacity and wash resistance due to the sublimation process. The fabric is suitable for making clothing items such as jerseys, tops, dresses, cardigans, pajamas, accessories, and childrens wear. It is also ideal for creating living room and bedroom throws or dining napkins.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it should not be bleached, washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry-cleaned except with trichloroethylene, ironed at a cool temperature, and not tumble-dried. The fabric must be treated carefully to ensure its qualities are not damaged.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which is a technique of ink transfer through heat and pressure, permanently fixing the ink onto the fibers of the base fabric. This technology allows for the production of fabrics with high color quality and long-lasting durability.
