The base fabric of this textile is Punto Jersey de Tacto Algodón - Atenas, composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, with a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a vibrant sun yellow, which has a CMYK content of 7 14 55 0 and is digitally printed on one side.
Sun yellow is an energetic and warm color that symbolizes happiness, joy, and fun. It is associated with the sun and summer, as well as with creativity and innovation. This color combines very well with shades of blue, green, and orange, creating an interesting and balanced contrast.
The base fabric is soft and elastic to the touch, making it ideal for knitwear such as sweaters, tops, dresses, and cardigans, as well as for accessories like scarves or foulards. It can also be used in childrens clothing and home textiles, such as blankets or napkins.
It is important to consider the care instructions for the fabric, which include no bleaching, washing at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, ironing at cool temperatures, and not using a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows high-quality designs to be printed directly onto the fabric surface. This process is carried out by applying heat and pressure, which causes the ink pigments to turn into gas and penetrate the pores of the fabric, ensuring a durable and wear-resistant print.
