The base fabric is the Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas, with a composition of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, a weight of 239 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. This knit fabric is characterized by being soft and elastic to the touch, ideal for garments such as pajamas, sweaters, tops, dresses, cardigans, socks, and scarves, as well as for home textiles such as blankets and napkins. The solid printed color is Ecru, also known as Raw Silk, with a CMYK ink blend of Cyan (4), Magenta (9), Yellow (28), and Black (0). This shade brings a feeling of elegance and sophistication to any garment or home textile. Additionally, Ecru pairs well with pastel and neutral tones, as well as with gold and brown tones.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the image is not printed directly onto the fabric, but rather transferred through a sublimation technique onto a polyester base.
The general characteristics of the Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas are its softness and elasticity to the touch. On the other hand, the printed Ecru brings elegance and sophistication to any garment or home textile. Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry clean except for trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and refrain from using a tumble dryer.
This fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology, which involves transferring sublimation inks to a special paper that is then placed in contact with the fabric. The ink is absorbed by the polyester fibers and turns into gas through heat and pressure. This allows colors to be more vibrant and durable than with other printing methods.
