The base fabric is a Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas, composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, with a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is soft ivory white, obtained using sublimation technology with a CMYK ink ratio of 1 1 9 0. This secondary color is characterized by its softness and delicacy, adding a touch of luminosity to any garment. It pairs especially well with warm tones such as champagne, peach, or pastel pink. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for a wide variety of designs.
The base fabric is characterized by its soft and elastic texture, making it a highly adaptable and comfortable fabric. The combination of its fibers provides great resistance and superior durability. For its part, the plain printed color stands out for its sharpness and solidity, maintaining its intensity over time. Furthermore, being a digital print, the colors can be more precise and detailed than in conventional dyeing.
The base fabric is very versatile and adapts to a wide variety of applications and uses. From the making of lingerie and pajamas to dresses, cardigans, or socks. It is also used to make blankets or scarves, as well as for the production of napkins. Its softness and texture make it especially suitable for knitwear.
It is important to consider the recommended care for this type of fabric. Bleaching should be avoided, and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and iron at a cold temperature. Dry cleaning can be done, except with trichloroethylene. A tumble dryer should not be used for this fabric.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of a transfer of solid to gas inks that adhere to the fabric fibers. This process allows for high image resolution and a wide variety of designs, as well as great color fastness. In addition, being a digital printing technique, personalized and exclusive designs can be obtained with great precision.
