The base fabric is a Cotton-Touch Jersey Knit called Atenas, with a composition of 81% POLYESTER, 15% ACRYLIC, 4% ELASTANE, and a weight of 239 gr/m2. The plain printed color is in platinum grey tones, with a CMYK content reflecting a combination of 12 cyan ink, 5 magenta, 12 yellow, and 0 black. The secondary color is a soft grayish hue, which combines particularly well with pastel shades.
The fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on one side, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side to achieve a sharper and brighter result. The plain color has a soft and elastic texture, making it ideal for comfortable and wear-resistant clothing.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft and elastic feel, which makes it very comfortable to wear, and its composition of polyester, acrylic, and elastane makes it a resistant and durable fabric. The applications and uses of the fabric are diverse; it can be used for lingerie, pajamas, sweaters, tops, knitwear, dresses, cardigans, blankets, napkins, scarves, or even socks, among others.
To keep the fabric in good condition, avoid using bleach, wash at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, do not tumble dry, iron at cool temperatures, and preferably dry clean.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is known as sublimation (polyester), where the ink is subjected to high temperatures so that it adheres permanently to the fabric without changes in its color or texture. This printing method provides high quality and durability to the fabric.
