The base fabric is the Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, a knit fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Charcoal Gray, with a CMYK of 55 51 39 27, which gives it a dark and deep gray tone. This color is associated with sophistication and elegance, and combines especially well with white, black, and red tones, as well as blue shades.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the fabric is not dyed but has been printed only on one of its sides. As for the general characteristics, the texture of the fabric is soft to the touch, which makes it a comfortable and pleasant fabric in contact with the skin. In addition, the fabric easily adapts to the body thanks to its elasticity, making it perfect for fitted garments.
In terms of its applications, this fabric is ideal for womens and mens fashion, in knit garments such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, and sweaters, as well as for making household napkins in the dining room. The recommended season is winter, thanks to its weight and warmth.
It is important to consider the care instructions for both the fabric and the printed color. It is recommended not to bleach the fabric, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and iron at a cool temperature. In addition, it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of transferring colors through a liquid ink that evaporates directly into the fabric thanks to heat and pressure, achieving permanent color fixation and high definition quality in the printed image.
