The base fabric is Ponte Roma Elastic - Lyon, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Cadillac Pink, with 20% Cyan ink, 67% Magenta, 11% Yellow, and no Black ink, resulting in a CMYK of 20 67 11 0. This color is characterized by being intense, vibrant, and attractive. It is a secondary tone obtained from the combination of pinks and oranges.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side, using digital textile printing technology. This means that it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side using sublimation technology (polyester).
The base fabric is soft to the touch and has a pleasant texture. The printed color exhibits great chromatic fidelity and durability. Additionally, the base fabric is resistant, elastic, and comfortable to wear. It is an ideal fabric for making clothing and fashion accessories for both women and men.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, the making of knitwear stands out, as its name suggests, and particularly for tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, sweaters, etc. It can also be used for making dining napkins and other home textiles. Thanks to its elasticity and resistance, it is an ideal fabric for making garments that require certain mobility and comfort.
The care instructions for this fabric are: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C, do not tumble dry, iron at a cool temperature, and dry clean except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows the transfer of design pigments to the fabric through heat and pressure. This process ensures high quality and durability in the final finish of the printed fabric.
