The base fabric is the Roma Elastic Knit - Lyon, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The fabric is knitted and has a soft touch, which makes it ideal for winter fashion, such as trousers, dresses, tops, t-shirts, jumpers, and also for home textiles, such as napkins. The plain printed color is a dark brown with CMYK of 43 70 91 64, which combines particularly well with neutral tones such as beige, white, and grey. It should be noted that the fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing.
The base fabric is highly resistant and durable, thanks to its polyester composition, which gives it a good ability to maintain its shape after washing. In addition, its elastic capacity provides great flexibility and comfort when wearing. On the other hand, the printed color is of high quality and durability, which does not fade easily. Its combination of warm and deep colors gives a sophisticated and elegant effect.
The applications for this base fabric are varied and focus on winter garments, such as trousers, dresses, tops, t-shirts, jumpers, for women and men. It can also be used in home textiles, such as napkins for the dining room. Its soft touch makes it perfect for any garment that requires comfort and versatility.
It is necessary to take certain care for the base fabric, bleaching is not recommended and the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. Dry cleaning is recommended except for trichloroethylene and ironing at a cool temperature. In addition, it cannot be tumble dried to ensure its long-term durability and quality.
The printing technology used for the plain printed color is sublimation (polyester), which allows printing vibrant and high-quality tones. This technique uses an inkjet printer to transfer the ink onto special paper and then heats it to a high temperature which causes the ink to sublimate from the paper to the fabric. This allows for high precision in the printing of the design, ensuring a uniform and high-quality finish in the printed color.
