Elastic Roma Knit - Lyon

The base fabric is the Roma Elastic Knit - Lyon, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane. Its weight is 282 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Orange, with a CMYK of 14 52 96 3. This color is characterized by being vibrant and warm, inspiring creativity and energy. It combines very well with neutral tones such as white and black, and also with blue and green tones.

It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing. Digital printing allows the color to be captured precisely and clearly, achieving a sharp and defined image.

The base fabric has general characteristics such as its soft and pleasant texture to the touch. It is ideal for womens/mens fashion garments, such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, and sweaters. It can also be used for making dining napkins in fabric/home.

It is important to be careful and follow the manufacturers washing instructions. The fabric should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, and dry cleaning is permitted except for trichloroethylene. It is recommended to iron at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.

Regarding printing technology, sublimation (polyester) is used. This process consists of transferring the design from a digital printer to the fabric using heat and pressure. The ink turns into gas and penetrates the fibers of the fabric, thus creating a durable and wash-resistant image. Sublimation is ideal for polyester fabrics and allows for vibrant and precise colors.
