The base fabric is Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, a knitted fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is a dirty red-brown, with CMYK ink values of cyan 30, magenta 52, yellow 100, and black 27. The secondary color is an earthy tone with reddish hints, which combines very well with light and dark tones, such as beiges, grays, and blues.
The fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which means that the color is vivid and resistant but is only found on one side of the fabric. The texture of the fabric is soft to the touch and has great elasticity, making it perfect for a wide variety of applications.
Among the characteristics of the fabric, its softness to the touch and its great elasticity stand out, making it perfect for fashion garments such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, and sweaters, for both men and women. In addition, it is also ideal for making dining napkins. As for the solid printed color, it stands out for its intensity and resistance to fading.
Regarding fabric care, it is important to note that it should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, it allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, it should be ironed at a cold temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used is sublimation on polyester, which allows for optimal color transfer and great durability over time. This process involves printing the ink on special transfer paper, which is then placed on the fabric and subjected to high temperatures so that the ink sublimates into the fabric. In this way, a resistant and vibrant print is achieved.
