The base fabric is the Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, a knit fabric made of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. As for the solid printed color, it is a light orange with a Cyan ink of 10%, Magenta of 25%, Yellow of 78% and Black of 1%, determining its CMYK 10 25 78 1. This secondary color has a warm, pleasant and vibrant feel that combines perfectly with earthy tones, beige, dark brown and black, standing out in both casual wear and special events. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
The Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon is a soft-to-the-touch fabric, pleasant to the eye and with a texture that allows for excellent drape. The light orange that dresses it gives the fabric a feeling of vitality, freshness and energy. The combination of the base fabric and the printed color form an ideal combination for the elaboration of high quality and prestigious fashion garments. Its applications include the making of tops, t-shirts, trousers, dresses, sweaters, and napkins. It is a perfect fabric for the winter season.
It is important to consider the care the fabric needs for its proper maintenance. It should not be bleached, as it could damage the quality of the color and the integrity of the fabric. The maximum temperature for washing the garment should be 30ºC, and dry cleaning is recommended exclusively with the exception of trichloroethylene. In addition, ironing should be at low temperature and tumble drying is not recommended.
As for the printing technology, the fabric has been printed using the sublimation technique (polyester). This process is characterized by being a high quality technique, which allows the ink to permeate the fibers of the fabric, merging with them and creating a crisp, vibrant and high quality image. Sublimation is a fast and efficient process, which allows to produce large quantities in a short time, without affecting the quality of the base fabric or the printed color.
